After falling in love and re-writing history by posting a new version of our first encounter on Craigslist Missed Connection, I received a curious reply. The manager of the restaurant where I had set up the fake story contacted me and proceeded to flirt with me.

Inspired and amused, I immediately began a worldwide social experiment where I punk Craigslist’s lonely hearts with completely fake stories about a sexy missed connection with a random stranger. And I do try to make my stories unlikely and strange but I always get a few responses. I think I have discovered the why and wherefore of Missed Connection… I look forward to sharing it with you through this series.
